titleOfInvention Complex of bifidobacterial metabolites and cosmetic preparation based upon this complex
abstract FIELD: biology, medicine, cosmetology. n SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing curative and cosmetic external preparations such as ointments, gels, balms, creams and lotions for treating and taking care of problematic and fading skin. As an active substance one should apply the complex of bifidobacterial metabolites of B.bifidum and B.longum obtained due to separating cell biomass of bifidobacterial cultures and worked out culture liquid ( with any way of separation: micro-, ultrafiltration, centrifuging, etc.). The present complex of metabolites (being either a filtrate or supernatant liquid) should be applied as an active substance. The suggested cosmetic preparation includes an active substance, a stabilizer, biologically active additive and pharmaceutically acceptable solvent. As an active substance it contains the complex of bifidobacterial metabolites, and as biologically active additive - a butyric calendula extract, aqua-alcoholic extract of artemisia, geranium essential oil, bergamot essential oil, ladanum essential oil and beta-carotene. The innovation provides increased rejuvenating, antiphlogistic and bactericidal action upon skin. The innovation increases the number of biocomplexes with active substance to create new cosmetic preparations and external medicinal preparations due to developing high hydrating, rejuvenating, antiphlogistic and bactericidal action at no irritating or allergistic impact. It, also, decreases expenses for bifidobacterin manufacturing due to applying waste products. n EFFECT: higher efficiency of application. n 3 cl, 3 ex
