titleOfInvention | Method for enzymatic separation of 3(s)-hydroxy-1-methyl-4-(2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl)-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridin e enantiomers and carboxylic acid r-esters also |
abstract | FIELD: organic chemistry, biotechnology, biochemistry. n SUBSTANCE: method involves separation of 3(S)-hydroxy-1-methyl-4-(2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl)-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridie enantiomers and carboxylic acid R-esters also after hydrolysis or alcoholysis of racemic mixture. Hydrolysis or alcoholysis is carried out in homogenous or heterogenic, aqueous, aqueous-organic or organic media in the presence of enzyme at temperature 10-80 o C. If necessary, the reaction is carried out in the presence of co-solvents being the reaction mixture comprises preferably 2-50 wt.-% of ester. Method exhibits economy and carried out rapidly and simply. n EFFECT: improved separating method. n 5 cl, 9 ex |
