abstract | FIELD: chemistry of metalloorganic compounds, medicine, oncology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physiologically active compounds and concerns cis-diamino-(2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperid-4-yl)-tetrachloroplatinum (IV) dihydrate and a method for its preparing. Method involves interaction of 4-amino-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine hydrochloride with potassium or sodium tetrachloroplatinate and the following isolation of the end product. Invention provides synthesis of new effective anti-metastatic preparations with reduced toxicity.
