FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. n SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a novel preparation designated for oral administration with controlled-release of opioid analgetic in the form of crystals with particles size from 10 mcm to 3 mm, preferably from 50 mcm to 1 mm and comprising at least one retarding envelope.
