titleOfInvention | Method for predicting degree of vibration disease |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: one should perform triplex scanning of superior limbs arteries both at rest and after conducting functional sample at static loading for active hand (SLAH). Then one should detect circulation values, that is end diastolic rate (Ved) and resistivity index (RI) in own volar finger arteries (FA) at the level of proximal phalanx from radial side (FA RA) and elbow side (FA EL) and 3d finger's distal phalanx (DIST), and, also, in radial artery (RAD) and in elbow artery (ELB) at the level of radiocarpal joint of patient's active hand. One should compare Ved and RI values obtained after sample with SLAH against analogous values obtained at rest. In case of no alterations in finger arteries and increased Ved and decreased RI in radial and elbow arteries it is possible to diagnose separate signs of vibration action (SSVA). At increased Ved and decreased RI in all arteries one should diagnose vibration disease degree I (VD deg. I), at no alterations in Ved and RI - vibration disease degree II (VD deg. II). The method enables to perform earlier diagnostics to reveal degrees in hemodynamics disorders in patients with vibration disease. n EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics. n 1 dwg, 3 ex, 3 tbl |
