titleOfInvention | Method of preparing microgranular optic bleachers |
abstract | FIELD: textile industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improved method for preparing microgranular optic bleachers belonging to triazinylaminostilbene series, which are used in optical bleaching of textile materials. Product of invention is prepared by spray drying of aqueous suspension containing optical bleacher and, as dispersant, naphtholsulfonic acid/formaldehyde polycondensation product. According to invention, aqueous suspension further contains (i) binding agent composed of carboxymethylcellulose, liquid glass, and polyethylene glycol with molecular weight 600 g/mole in amounts 1, 3, and 2-4 wt parts per 100 wt parts of bleacher, respectively, (ii) Porfor , and (iii) Porfor decomposition activator. n EFFECT: prevented decomposition of bleacher during drying due to increased heat resistance of indicated aqueous suspension. n 5 cl, 3 tbl, 24 ex |
