FIELD: medicine, urology, andrology. n SUBSTANCE: one should introduce prednisolone at daily dosage being 1.2 mg/kg patient's body weight for 5 d. Then comes plasmapheresis course to normalize the quantity of antispermal antibodies (AA) in patient's blood.
