FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacy. n SUBSTANCE: invention describes compounds or their salts of the following general formula (I): A-B-C-N(O) 2 (I) wherein A means R-T 1 wherein R represents radical of medicinal agent as determined in the invention claim; T 1 means (CO), oxygen (O), sulfur (S), nitrogen (N) atom or NR 1C wherein R C represents hydrogen atom (H) or (C 1 -C 5 )-alkyl; B means -T B -X-T BI wherein T B and T I are similar or different and taken among (CO), oxygen (O), sulfur (S), nitrogen (N) atom or NR 1C wherein R C1 is determined above; X 2 represents bivalent bridge group such as corresponding precursor of B, such as determined in the invention claim; C represents bivalent radical -T C -Y-, wherein T C means (CO), oxygen (O), sulfur (S), nitrogen (N) atom or NR 1C wherein R 1C is such as determined above; Y has values as represented in the invention claim.
