titleOfInvention | Binder |
abstract | FIELD: manufacture of building materials. n SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in manufacture of building articles and units in industrial construction. Binder containing aluminosilicate component (53.2-55.6%), in particular fly ash obtained upon combustion of Kansk-Achinsk brown coal on heat-and-power station (Bratsk, Irkutsk region), and alkali component (38.9-42.7), in particular carbon-containing liquid glass made from microsilica waste from production of crystalline silicon at Bratsk aluminum plant containing up to 6-7% fine carbon admixtures of graphite and carborundum with silica modulus 1, is characterized by that above-defined liquid glass has density 1,35-1,47 g/cm 3 and by further including 4.8-5.7% of microfiller, namely quartz sand from Zuev deposit crushed to leave 7% residue on sieve No.008. n EFFECT: increased acid resistance of binder. n 2 tbl |
