titleOfInvention Apparatus for processing of animal wastes with fly larvae
abstract FIELD: agriculture, in particular, equipment for processing of bird dung, manure and other animal wastes with the use of invertebrates, for example, with synanthropic fly larvae. n SUBSTANCE: apparatus has transportation system including troughs arranged in tiers one above another and adapted to be filled with water during operation of apparatus and closed with housings. Trays for animal wastes are floating in troughs. Apparatus is further equipped with devices for charging animal wastes into trays and devices for discharging processed wastes from trays, device for dosed feeding of fly eggs or larvae into trays charged with animal wastes, nozzles for supplying water and generating directed flow in trays, and tray stopping devices. Tray of at least one tier is made in the form of rectangular contour defined by two adjacent rectangular longitudinal trays closed at their ends with transverse trays. Animal waste charging device for charging wastes into trays is arranged immediately after tray discharge device in the course of movement of trays at distance below double length of tray. n EFFECT: reduced volume and area occupied by apparatus, reduced metal usage and operation costs, and enhanced reliability in operation. n 3 cl, 4 dwg
