titleOfInvention | Global regulators of bacterial pathogenic genes, inactivating protein of bacterial autoinductors showing targets for creature for resistance to diseases |
abstract | FIELD: biotechnology, molecular biology, genetic therapy, medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates, in particular, to global regulators of bacterial pathogenic genes used for conferring to plants the resistance to diseases. Nucleic acid encoding inactivating protein of bacterial autoinductors with the known structure is isolated. Expression vector wherein above indicated nucleic acid is incorporated is constructed and this vector is used for plant transformation. Protein formed as result of expression of mentioned nucleic acid is isolated that is used as component of composition designated for prophylaxis or diminishing damage of plant or animal caused by microorganisms by its administration or applying on damaged organs. Screening of bacterial isolates for their ability to inactivate their autoinductors is carried out by isolation of bacterial culture from soil samples and screening for ability of culture to inactivate autoinductors during expression of indicated protein. Isolation of nucleic acid is carried out creature of genes bank from organism-donor comprising this nucleic acid, screening clones comprising in genes bank and their isolation. The effect of nucleic acid on biological function of cell is determined by fusion of nucleic acid into cell and screening transformed cells. Invention provides carrying out the prophylaxis or to diminish damages in plants or animals that results to reducing industrial consumptions and elevating the quality of agricultural production. n EFFECT: valuable biological properties of regulators. n 20 cl, 7 dwg, 1 ex |
