abstract FIELD: milling equipment for producing of finely-dispersed substances used as inhalation medicinal drugs. n SUBSTANCE: method involves milling crystalline substance by atomizing thereof with the use of milling medium including helium having temperature within the range of from -30 0 C to -120 0 C. Helium may be used as milling medium. Crystalline substance may include powdered medicinal drug, for example, crystalline substance may be triamcinolone acetonide. Milled product may comprise amorphous phase content below 5%. Milled product may comprise amorphous phase content below 2% or below 1%. Milled product may include powdered medicinal drug adapted for inhalation, with average particle size of milled product being less than 10 microns.
