Helium may be used as milling medium. Crystalline substance may include powdered medicinal drug, for example, crystalline substance may be triamcinolone acetonide. Milled product may comprise amorphous phase content below 5%. Milled product may comprise amorphous phase content below 2% or below 1%. Milled product may include powdered medicinal drug adapted for inhalation, with average particle size of milled product being less than 10 microns.
