titleOfInvention Method for surgical nonpenetrating treatment of glaucoma
abstract FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. n SUBSTANCE: one should form surface scleral fragment, dissect deep scleral fragment, remove external wall of Schlemm's canal and corneoscleral tissue. Into the bottom developed one should place polymeric elastic magnetic explantodrainage with longitudinal microhollows applied at its both surfaces and at induction of direct multipolar magnetic field being 0.3-1.65 mTl. On the 3d - 10 th d after operation one should perform the impact onto explantodrainage with external rotating direct magnetic field at induction of 0.05-0.55 Tl. Periodicity of external impact is 1-2 times daily, duration - 1-6 min. Explantodrainage could be designed out of biodestructive material. Repeated external impacts due to magnetic field could be performed in 25-30 d. Explantodrainage could be of round or trapezoidal shape, the size being 1.0-1.5 mm per 3.5-4.0 mm, thickness being 0.10-0.30. The method enables to prevent scaring process in the pathways of IOP outflow, increase the degree of stabilization of microcirculation processes and prevent excessive filtration of liquid in early postoperational period. n EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. n 4 cl, 3 ex
