titleOfInvention Method of production of ceramic mass
abstract FIELD: production of ceramics and refractory materials; manufacture of articles for electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical industry and metallurgy. n SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes mixing of plasma chemical powders of oxides of metals and organic binder; prior to mixing, plasma chemical powders are subjected to low-temperature annealing at temperature of 800-1400 C continued for 0.5-1.0 h and then to mechanical activation by grinding in ball mill at addition of surfactant; grinding is continued for 5009-100 h. Used as plasma chemical powders are aluminum, magnesium, yttrium, calcium, cerium oxides, zirconium dioxide and their mixtures. Proposed method makes it possible to produce ceramic mass on base of ultra-dispersed plasma chemical powders of oxides of metals at content of organic binder no higher than in standard slips. n EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. n 4 cl, 1 tbl, 3 ex
