titleOfInvention Method of production of silicon dioxide from wastes of rice production and device for realization of this method
abstract FIELD: reworking of wastes of rice production. n SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes carbonization of starting raw material and subsequent oxidizing annealing performed under conditions of "pressed layer". Carbonization of starting raw material is performed by heat of gases formed at oxidizing annealing stage. Device proposed for realization of this method includes combustion chamber provided with branch pipes for delivery of starting raw material and air; branch pipes are fitted in upper portion of combustion chamber; device is also provided with unit for evacuation of gaseous combustion products, gas distributing grate mounted in lower portion of chamber and pipe lines for supply of water and oxidizing gas to annealing zone. Secured to gas distributing grate from below is combustion product receiver which is connected with separator separating the combustion products into solid and gaseous phases; this separator is connected with pipe line evacuating hot gases into heat exchanger for preheating the drying zone; it is provided with branch pipe for discharge of solid target product. n EFFECT: smooth distribution of temperatures in combustion zone; enhanced stability of combustion process; increased yield of target product. n 16 cl, 1 dwg
