titleOfInvention Mixed vaccine for immunoprophylaxis of viral hepatitis b and d, tetanus and diphtheria
abstract FIELD: biotechnology, medicine, vaccines. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mixed vaccine comprising some antigens in a single preparation. New mixed vaccine comprises the following components: hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg/ayw) prepared by culturing the yeast strain Pichia angusta VKM Y-2924 D and/or hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg/adw) prepared by culturing the yeast strain H. polymorpha VKPM Y-2412 in the amount 5-10 mcg; diphtheria anatoxin, 5-10 Lf; tetanus anatoxin, 5-7.5 EC; aluminum hydroxide (Al 3+ ) gel, 0.35-0.55 mg; merthiolate, 15-35 mcg, and 0.9% NaCl, up to 0.5 ml. Hepatitis B virus antigens (HBsAg/ayw) and (HBsAg/adw) are taken in vaccine in the ratio = 1:1. The novel mixed vaccine is high-immune, nontoxic preparation providing carry out immunization against pathogens of some diseases of viral and bacterial etiology. The application of invention provides expanding assortment of agents designated for simultaneous prophylaxis of viral hepatitis B and D, tetanus and diphtheria. n EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of mixed vaccine. n 2 cl, 10 ex
