titleOfInvention Method for predicting the result of ishemic insult
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting the result of ischemic insult due to cerebral magneto-resonance tomography. Additionally, it is necessary to perform a proton magneto-resonance spectroscopy of pathological and intact cerebral areas detected at magneto-resonance tomography to register there the content of N-acetylaspartate, choline, creatine and lipids. If the content ratios of these metabolites in pathological focus to their content in intact area is above 0.6 one should predict favorable result of ischemic insult. If, at least, one of these ratios is below 0.6 - unfavorable one. n EFFECT: higher efficiency of prediction. n 2 ex
