Invention proposes a composition comprising simultaneously N-phosphonomethylglycine (C 12 H 25 -C 14 H 29 )-alkyldimethylamine salt (I) , 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid 2-ethylhexyl ester (II) in the ratio of active substances (I) and (II) = (1.2-1.3):1, glycerol as a solvent and, additionally, ethylene glycol, or butyl alcohol as a co-solvent.
