abstract FIELD: special-destination fluids. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aqueous peroxide emulsions optionally containing antifreeze and/or other agents comprising special emulsifying system including (i) copolymer of α,β-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid and C 8 -C 24 -α-olefin, acid groups of which are esterified with ethoxylated alcohol with degree of ethoxylation 1-45 and (ii) ethoxylated fatty alcohol with hydrophilic-lipophilic balance 16-30 in amount 0.02 to 15%. Copolymer is present in amount 0.05 to 20% and total weight of the both compounds equals 0.5% on the weight of peroxide in emulsion. Peroxide emulsions can be used in various polymerization reactions as initiators.
