abstract FIELD: biotechnology, organic chemistry, microbiology, antibiotics. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing cephalosporins using genetically modified host organisms. For realization of method host-cells are used taken among the group Penicillium chrysogenum, Aspergillus niger and Acremonium chrysogenum eliciting espandase activity localized in cytosol fraction. DNA fragment encoding espandase is prepared from Streptomyces clavuligerus and modified so to provide localization of enzyme in cytosol of host-cell in its expression in it.
