Invention reports about preparing and characterizing the sequence of human endoglyne gene promoter displaying high specificity with respect to endothelium tissue. Also, fragments of indicates sequence are determined that retain ability to carry out the function of full-sized promoter. Invention proposes nucleotide constructions where gene(s) is located being them transcription is to be activated desirably and this gene is located under control of a new promoter or its active fragment. Medicinal agents used for treatment of many human diseases can be prepared by insertion of proposed constructions into suitable vectors.
