abstract FIELD: medicinal industry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ready medicinal agents eliciting an antibacterial activity that can be used in treatment of septicemia, abscess, phlegmon, pneumonia and so on. Pharmaceutical composition consists of core and envelope wherein the core has the following components, g: fusidine-sodium, 0.125-0.250; binding agent (polyvinylpyrrolidone or povidon, or collidon VA-64), 0.015-0.06; calcium stearate, 0.002-0.004; lactose, the balance. Envelope consists of acetylphthalylcellulose, azorubin, titanium dioxide, vaseline oil and Tween-80. The preparation is stable in storage, releases active substance in digestive tract rapidly that provides absence of its irritating effect on stomach mucosa.
