Treatment of tobacco is carried out with immunostimulating agent, which is a preparation obtained from biomass of micromycet Mortierella polucephala according to special technology, taken in amount of 1 to 1•10 4 . Tobacco is then aged for at least 3 h, dried, and treated with hot carbon dioxide containing vapors of a monobasic saturated organic acid.
