titleOfInvention | Method for defining early period criteria for detecting hypercoagulation sings in treating acute leucosis patients |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining soluble fibrin monomer complexes, D-dimers in blood and fibrinogen, prothrombin index, ethanol test fibrinogen-fibrin degradation products, plasminogen values, Hagemann-dependent euglobulin lysis time and blood platelets number. Fibrinogen level being 4,21±0,2 g/l, prothrombin index being 91,9±1,3% as high, soluble fibrin monomer complexes in orthophenantrolin one being 188,0±13,9 mcg/l and ethanol test fibrinogenfibrin degradation products level being equal to 1-2 conditional units, D-dimers being higher than 500 mg/ml, plasminogen being available in the amount of 123,0±8,9%, Hagemann- dependent euglobulin lysis time being equal to 27±4,2 min and blood platelets number in blood being equal to 128±19,7•10 9 /l, pre-DIC stage is to be diagnosed. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis. 3 tbl |
