abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning external acoustic meatus. Gas flow containing nitrogen monoxide 0.1-0.3% at 18-20 C with 30 s long exposure time once a day. Apparatus end piece for carrying out intracavitary tissue treatment is introduced 1.5-2 cm deep into external acoustic meatus. Then, low frequency ultrasonic oscillations (to 50 kHz) are applied to 0.01% Miramistin treatment solution passing through ultrasonic apparatus waveguide opening. EFFECT: improved microcirculation; activated macrophages and fibroblast proliferation; accelerated treatment course.
