abstract | FIELD: tobacco industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of postharvest treatment and storage of tobacco. Treatment of tobacco is carried out with immunostimulating agent, in particular with preparation obtained by consecutively extracting biomass of micromycet Mortierella polycephala with nonpolar extractant in supercritical state, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali, and water followed by combining first extract with solid residue, amount of immunostimulating agent ranging from 1 to 1•10 4 mg/t. Tobacco is then aged for at least 3 h, dried, and treated with hot nitrogen containing vapors of a monobasic saturated organic acid. EFFECT: simplified technology due to lack of necessity of using pure substances as immunostimulating agent. |
