abstract | FIELD: medicine, cellular biology and biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with detecting biological activity of substances (BAS) by preparing the samples of preparation, growing tested cells upon nutritive medium, counting alive cells and comparing with control in cultures without addition of preparation. As tested cells one should apply test-system consisting of four mammalian cultures, that is diploid human fibroblasts, diploid human myoblasts, minimal hypotomes and hybridomas, moreover, after growing cells they should be dyed with organic dyestuff to count viable cells and detect the value of cytotoxic effect and growth-stimulating activity of tested substance.
