abstract | FIELD: agriculture, tobacco growing. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with technology of postharvesting tobacco treatment and storage. The suggested method deals with treating tobacco with immunostimulant, keeping for 3 h, not less, drying and treating with heated nitrogen oxide containing pairs of monobasic organic saturated acid. As immunostimulant one should apply preparation obtained due to successive extracting Mortierella nigrescens micromycete biomass with nonpolar extragent in supercritical state with water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water followed by combining the first extract with a solid residue at the quantity of 1-1•10 4 mg/t. EFFECT: more simplified technology. |
