FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the ways to obtain transgenic animals. The method for obtaining intact caprine zygote deals with synchronization of female goat, its superovulation, coupling this female goat with a breeder to isolate intact zygote out of female goat. The method for obtaining hG-CSF-transgenic caprine zygote deals with microinjection of nucleic acid construction containing beta-casein promoter and hG-CSF-coding sequence into caprine zygote. The method for obtaining hG-CSF- transgenic female goat deals with transfer of hGCSF-transgenic caprine zygote for female goat to provide the possibility for zygote's development till delivery. Also, methods for hG-CSF production are suggested dealing with producing milk in hG-CSF- transgenic female goat and dairy hG-CSF-containing composition produced due to this method.
