titleOfInvention Method for oil separation from refrigerant in refrigerating plant oil separator and device for its realization
abstract FIELD: refrigerating machines. SUBSTANCE: two flows, one of which represents a flow of a mixture of vapors of ammonia and oil coming out of the compressor, the other flow- a mixture of liquid ammonia with oil from the condenser and from the oil separator are simultaneously delivered to the zone of mixing of the variable-section pipe connection. Rotation of the oil-ammonia emulsion increases and becomes a maximum one. Oil, due to the centrifugal forces and the difference of the specific gravities gathers on the inner surfaces of the oil separator and runs off to the lower part of the oil separator body. EFFECT: reduced electric power consumption for production of cold due to the increase of the kinetic energy of the flow and respectively of the degree of swirl of the oil-ammonia emulsion. 3 cl
