titleOfInvention Method for obtaining curativeprophylactic fish liver oil
abstract FIELD: pisciculture. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with obtaining medicinal preparation out of fish liver. It deals with reducing fish liver, mixing it with water and proteolytic enzymatic preparation, followed by thermal treatment, separation of oil, moreover, as proteolytic enzymatic preparations one should apply preparations of microbiological origin as either protomegaterin and protacrine or protosubtilin at the quantity of 10-200 PU/kg, thermal treatment is carried out at 40-48 C for 30-120 min. The method provides keeping valuable curative-prophylactic properties of fish oil and obtaining the product of maximum vitamin A content and considerably low oxidation value. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 ex
