titleOfInvention Surgical method for treating the cases of amotio retinae aggravated with proliferating vitreoretinopathy
abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves injecting 0.1 ml of isotonic NaCl solution containing 1000 MU of recombinant prourokinase via pierce in tunics 4 mm distant from limb into vitreous body cavity at least 24 h before surgical intervention. Subtotal vitrectomy is carried out according to standard method. 0.1 ml of solution containing 1 mg of 5-fluoruracyl is injected via sclerotomy hole. The vitreous body cavity is filled silicon oil or air-and-gas mixture. EFFECT: stopped or hold proliferating vitreoretinopathy progress.
