abstract FIELD: medicine, orthopedic stomatology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with a tough foundation and an elastic lining, it includes developing elastic lining due to manufacturing wax model by an imprint of prosthetic part of mouth cavity, molding wax model in special cuvette with the help of molding mass, removing wax, developing pouring pathways and spreading the suggested composition to form elastic lining containing oligoalkylene polyisocyanate at the content of NCO-groups being 5.6- 6.8%, oligopolyatomic alcohol and catalyzer at the following ratio of weight portions: oligoalkylene polyisocyanate 100, oligopolyatomic alcohol 14.8-25.8, catalyzer 0.04-0.1 and keeping cuvette for forming a lining. After that one should carry out development of solid foundation. The present innovation enables to simplify and cheapen the method for obtaining detachable dentures of improved physico-mechanical properties. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
