Method for identifying person with the risk of non reversible neurological lesions including stages for quantitative detection of pepsinogen i (pg i) and vitamin b 12 concentrations |
abstract |
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the stages for quantitative detecting concentration of analyzed pepsinogen I (PG I) in person's serum sample, matching specific cut-off value for the mentioned analyzed substance, comparing concentration of analyzed substance detected by this method and detecting vitamin B 12 concentration or it-correlating concentration of analyzed substance in serum sample. The present innovation gives increased number of preparations for detecting the risk in developing non reversible neurological lesion and pernicious anemia. EFFECT: higher efficiency of identification and detection. 5 cl |
