abstract | FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. SUBSTANCE: a kit is suggested out of ready-to-use sterile form of hydrophilic ointment foundation and prostaglandins as active substance. Rheological parameters of ready-to-use product are proved experimentally corresponding to rheological optimum of extrusion capacity and are provided with foundation's composition. Individually dosed quantity of prostaglandins is proved with efficient dosage. Ointment foundation could be designed out of gels of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, random acrylic polymers (Arespol, Mars, etc.) or polyethylenoxides. Hermetically sealed reservoir could be represented by any packaging corresponding to purposes and bearing thermal sterilization with possibility for aseptic penetration into it. The preparation obtained is of high labor- stimulating activity at no side phenomena characteristic for prostaglandins, with possibility for individual dosage of active substance.
