FIELD: biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing a preparation comprising complex of cationic carrier with nucleic acid polymer. Two polymers of single-stranded nucleic acids that are able, at least partially, form double-stranded structures are added individually and each as a individual chain or to cationic carrier or material from which cationic carrier will be formed and all these components are subjected for dispersion treatment. Method provides preparing homogeneous composite material with good quality containing nucleic acid. Material can be sterilized by filtration and characterized by absence of large particles with 7 mcm or above that are considered to be danger for humans.
