abstract FIELD: biotechnology, genetic engineering, medicinal virology, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes recombinant plasmid DNA pSP64-S comprising promoter SP6 of DNA-dependent RNA-polymerase and cDNA S-segment fragment of virus-pathogen of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) of serotype Hantaan. Plasmid carries out the effective transcription of negative RNA chain from S-segment that is identical with virus genome RNA fragment. Also, invention proposes positive RNA control for diagnosis of HFRS virus-pathogen. For preparing the proposed positive RNA control plasmid pSP64-S is used as matrix. Proposed invention safety in carrying out works in preparing positive RNA control for diagnosis of HFRS virus-pathogen.
