FIELD: medicine, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: before intrauterine injection of sperm one should carry out controlled suppression of endogenic gonadotropins due to varying the dosage of antagonist LHRH injected (dose-dependent suppression) to maintain physiological levels of estrogen. Moreover, induction of ovulation should be conducted by introducing HCG, native LHPH, LHRH agonists or recombinant LH. The method provides maintenance of follicular estradiol synthesis that decreases medicinal loading upon female patients and enables to initiate ovulation in due time.
