titleOfInvention Method for osseous plasty of cotyloid cavity at its dysplasia after metatubercular coxitis
abstract FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out computer tomography. Residual destruction foci in the top and posterior-superior edge of cotyloid cavity should be removed, the bottom for transplant is prepared. The rest cavities are treated with tuberculostatic solution out of saluzide, rifampicin and isoniazide. One should carry out osseous plasty of anterior-superior and superiorposterior departments of cotyloid cavity with osseous autotransplant out of resected femoral caput of operated articulation by pretreating osseous bottom and autotransplant with tuberculostatic solution out of rifampicin, isoniazide and saluzide. Endoprosthesis is applied. Postoperative period is carried out at the background of antitubercular therapy with isoniazide, rifampicin and pyrazinamide, and, also, with peflacin at 400 mg/250.0-5% glucose intravenously twice daily for 10 d. The method enables to provide sufficient depth of cotyloid cavity and prevent relapse of specific process. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. 3 dwg, 1 ex
