titleOfInvention Method of preparing grain for storage
abstract FIELD: postharvest treatment of grain before laying for storage. SUBSTANCE: method involves treating grain with propionic acid comprising additive of chitosan, arachidonic acid and eicosapentaenic acid for forming of film on surface of each corn; using as source of chitosan, arachidonic acid and eicosapentaenic acid preparation for adding to propionic acid, said preparation being produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella polycephala micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above- critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue. EFFECT: simplified process owing to the use of raw additive instead of pure substances.
