titleOfInvention Method for predicting the flow of tickborne encephalitis
abstract FIELD: medicine, infectology. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out the detection of clinical and laboratory values characterizing the syndrome of endogenic intoxication, moreover, one should detect these values on the 2nd, 6th, 10th and 14th d of the disease mentioned, moreover, one should measure the intensity of luciferase luminescence to calculate luciferase index (LI) by the ratio of I 2 /I 1 , where I 1 - maximum intensity of luciferase luminescence without analyzed blood serum, I 2 - maximum intensity of luciferase luminescence at the presence of analyzed blood serum and at increased LI value in disease dynamics together with clinical data it is possible to predict the flow of tick-borne encephalitis at possible relapse and development of meningeal and focal symptoms of the disease mentioned. EFFECT: higher efficiency of prediction. 1 dwg, 2 ex, 1 tbl
