titleOfInvention Method for predicting remission in patients with bronchial asthma at treating them with inhalation glucocorticoids
abstract FIELD: medicine, pulmonology. SUBSTANCE: during the period of burn-caused shock and septicotoxemia one should detect the content of potassium and sodium ions in blood serum to compare their content with the norm and if their value is beyond the norm one should calculate coefficients for the ratio of absolute potassium value to average value of the norm and the ratio of absolute sodium value to average value of the norm and then the ratio of these potassium coefficients to sodium and at obtained value being below 0.80 for 48 h and longer it is possible to predict the development of polyneuropathy at burn trauma during burn-caused shock or septicotoxemia. The method is very simple, available and requires no neurological specialization of combustiologist. EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics. 2 ex, 1 tbl
