titleOfInvention Method for selection of medicinal preparations for treatment of patients with chronic viral hepatitis c
abstract FIELD: medicine, virology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: analyzed preparations are added to whole blood samples prepared with 5% Trilon B in the dose 1: 5000 of therapeutic one and samples are incubated at 37 C for 1 h. After incubation thiol-disulfide ratios in whole and nonprotein blood fractions are determined. At values of thiol- -disulfide ratio in nonprotein blood fraction below that in control sample the following medicinal preparations are prescribed to patient for correction of indices of antioxidant body system: aevitum in the dose 0.6 g/24 h, ascorbic acid in the dose 0.3 g/24 h, intravenous infusions of reamberinum 1.5% solution in the dose 400 ml for 10-14 days and then selection of the same medicinal preparations is repeated. The preparation causing elevation of thiol-disulfide ratio in whole blood fraction as compared with that in control sample is considered to be desired. Invention provides the development of more sensitive method for selection of medicinal preparations for treatment of patients with chronic viral hepatitis C that provides the improvement of their clinical, biochemical and virological indices. Invention can be used for treatment of patients with chronic viral hepatitis C. EFFECT: improved selection method. 4 tbl, 4 ex
