abstract FIELD: bandaging materials. SUBSTANCE: bandage comprises perforated film and contains chitosan originated from crab shell in the form of organic acid (acetic, succinic, or glycolic acid) salt, glutaric aldehyde, polyvinyl alcohol, and biologically active additive, in particular proteolytic enzyme pr antimicrobial or antiseptic preparation in the following concentrations, wt %: polyvinyl alcohol 60.0-95.0, chitosan 1.0-6.0, additive 0.5-30.0, glutaraldehyde 0.1-2.0, and organic acid 0.5- 4.0. At least one CO 2 -extract of medicinal plant can also be used and, in this case, bandage may further contain polyethylene glycol or oxyethylated hydrogenated castor oil in amounts from 0.01 to 4.5%.
