abstract FIELD: environmental control, specifically, cleaning of sand, gravel and crushed stone from oil contamination. SUBSTANCE: process can be utilized in all fields of industry where oil and oil products are used, transported or stored, for cleaning of sand beaches. In accordance with process material of base of pavement is cleaned by its suction with air and loading into washing vessel. Before collection of fouled solid material it is cleared from refuse that can be moved by wind with its subsequent processing. Washing solution should be fed for washing from below under pressure with simultaneous supply f compressed air. Portion of compressed air is fed into upper part of washing vessel, along surface of liquid. Emulsion carrying oil is filtered before cleaning with separation of solid particles. Cleaning and phase separation of formed sewage ( oil carrying emulsion and washing solution ) are carried out in multisectional plant. Slurry after removal from cleaning plant is subjected to additional separation by settling or filtration with subsequent direction of liquid phase for repeat cleaning in plant. Gear for realization of proposed process is built on base of multipurpose washing station with introduction of proper changed and additions. EFFECT: development of ecologically clean and no-waste cleaning technology and design of compact plant thanks to employment of more efficient equipment, reduced energy consumption and saving of washing agent. 16 cl, 1 dwg
