abstract FIELD: biotechnology, medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: polypeptide comprises 100 amino acids, not above, and involves the sequence: Thr-X 4 -Lys-X 5 -Arg-X 6 , wherein X 4 and X 5 can mean Met, Ile, Leu, Val; X 6 can mean Asn, Asp, Gln, Glu. Polypeptide shows at least one of the following property: it induces suppression of IL-1β, induces formation of protein by human monocytes, induces hemotaxis migration of CD8 + -T-lymphocytes, desensitizes CD8 + -T-cells, inhibits hemotaxis response of human monocytes, it doesn't inhibit expression of molecules of class MHC II on monocytes, it induces formation of IL-4 and reduces formation of α-TNF. Invention relates to pharmaceutical composition for modulation of immune response in mammal and contains polypeptide IL-10 with similar properties. Invention provides the development of agents used for treatment of diseases pathogenesis of that's is associated with alteration of function of immunosuppression mediators.
