titleOfInvention Method of sterilization of device internal parts and method of sterilization of product internal and external parts (versions)
abstract FIELD: methods of sterilization of medical instruments. SUBSTANCE: method of sterilization includes contacting of channel with liquid solution containing hydrogen peroxide. Further on, device is acted upon by negative pressure and temperature for evaporation of hydrogen peroxide. Channel length and diameter ensure same or higher limiting of diffusion than that ensures by standard channel with length of 27 cm and inner diameter of 3 mm. Vapors of hydrogen peroxide diffuse from channel internal part to outside. The same procedure is used for sterilization of internal and external parts of product having channel. In this case, channel may also have length and diameter ensuring same or higher limiting of diffusion than provided by standard channel having length-to-inner diameter ratio of 50. EFFECT: provided sterilization of channels at low temperatures and with use of low concentrations of sterilizer, with no damage to products, and leaving no toxic remains, with no need of fastening of special vessels. 68 cl, 3 dwg, 32 tbl, 17 ex
