abstract FIELD: experimental medicine. SUBSTANCE: one should isolate burnt skin at area of not less than 30% against total skin surface due to making two encircling full-layer incision up to surface fascia along burn's edge. Then skin and subcutaneous fiber should be removed from surface fascia as a single complex by internal wound's edge in the form of cylindrical tube by turning internal lateral surface out. Turned edge is replaced longitudinally till complete separation of burnt tissues. Then, after hemostasis, one should put animal's body, except its head, into a tank with periodically renewed sterile saline aqueous solution. Solution's temperature corresponds to 36.8 C. Saline solution is supplemented with combination of chemotherapeutic preparations. The method enables to prolong and improve life period in experimental animals.
