titleOfInvention Method of extraction of ions of heavy metals from water solutions
abstract FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: invention presents a method of extraction of ions of heavy metals using sorption on cellulose-bearing sorbents from the water solutions of a different nature, which are generated after realization of different technological processes. The method may be used for upgrading membranous and sorption technologies, at development of technologies of salvaging of ions of heavy metals from water solutions and sewage of a different nature. Method of extraction of ions of heavy metals from water solutions is realized using their contacting with polymeric sorbent on the basis of cellulose, in particular with sawdust or a short flax fibers. At that the contacting is made for1-10 minutes at the room temperature and a module of a solution / sorbent, equal 50-200. Sorbents are pretreated for 0.5-30 minutes in NaOH solution with concentration of 0.1-1 g/l with the gas- discharge plasma of atmospheric pressure at the discharge current of 5-50 mA and voltage of 1-10 kV, created between a metal electrode located in a gas phase, and the surface of the electrolyte (NaOH) water solution. EFFECT: the method ensures efficient extraction of ions of heavy metals from water solutions of the cellulose-bearing materials and allows to use the cheap and not deficient polymers being waste products of production, as well as significantly decrease both duration of the sorbent treatment and time of sorption process, and, besides - to conduct the process under the room temperature. 1 tbl
