abstract |
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out induced NBT-test where immunotropic preparations are used, registration of reaction is conducted by spectrophotometer to detect successively the values of optic density for control and all experimental samples. One should calculate sensitivity index for every preparation, and at its value being either equal or above 1.3 one should predict efficient immunotherapy. For therapy it is necessary to choose the preparation of maximum sensitivity index. The present innovation enables to increase accuracy in matching immunocorrector and predicting efficiency of immunotherapy in case of urogenital infections. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 ex, 1 tbl |
